What’s the first thing you reach for on a Sunday?
The first thing I usually reach for is coffee — but more often than not, it’s actually Leni calling out that gets me up at 5am.
What’s on the table this morning?
We always keep it simple but always include something light and a good source of protein — seasonal fruit from the markets, eggs on toast, and pancakes if Leni has her way.

What’s playing in the background to set the tone for your Sunday?
There’s always music playing in the background to set the tone for the day — Bob Marley is always on shuffle to bring those easy summer vibes.
Who do you usually spend Sundays with?
With family — it’s our day to enjoy time together before a busy work week. Sometimes we will meet up with friends and head to the beach so all the kids can play.

Any adventures you save just for Sundays?
Our Sunday adventure is always the beach — swimming, surfing, and playing in the sand. It’s our favourite ritual.
Sunday essentials we can’t leave home without?
Our Sunday Supply Co. pieces always come with us — the Beach Cart, cabana and beach towels are a must for beach days and family hangs.

How do you carve out a moment for yourself?
Something I always do just for myself on Sundays is take a solo moment — whether it’s having an extra long shower followed by a face mask or even just a few minutes with a book while Leni naps.
What do you hope to carry with you into your new week?
I always hope to carry into the new week is a sense of being organised, prepared and rested — Sundays are all about setting us up for a fresh start.
