All orders are dispatched via NZ Couriers & Fastway, Monday to Friday, from our Auckland based warehouse. Any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day.
North Island - 1-3 days
South Island - 3-7 days
Please note: In some instances, we will ship sold out NZ goods from our Australian warehouse, via Australia Post & TNT. In this instance freight will be applicable & will be displayed at the checkout.
NZ via Australia Post - 10-14 days
NZ via TNT - 7-10 days
SHIPPING STEPS AFTER ORDERING
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised.
Please note: International duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered in part or full by Sunday Supply Co.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Before making a return, please contact us with your return query so that our team can help. We will advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) & arrange for your exchange or refund to be processed as soon as possible.
All returns and exchanges will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered. Items must be returned in the original shipping box/packaging. Please allow another 7 days for the exchange to be processed. For damaged items please email email@example.com so that our returns team can arrange for the goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the damage upon return of the product and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Please get in touch if you require replacement parts or minor repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on goods due to change of mind, but will credit or exchange to the same value less shipping costs.
All return shipping will be at your own expense unless agreed otherwise. We recommend using a reputable courier service to return items to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. We are not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
