Orders & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and Sunday Supply Co. Gift Cards.

Afterpay / ClearPay is currently only available for our Australian, North American and UK customers.

How can I use a voucher or code?

After you have added your items to your cart, please select to proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you require any changes to your order including correcting address details and styles, please contact us immediately at orders@sundaysupply.co to ensure adjustments can be applied promptly.

If your order has already been processed, Sunday Supply Co. accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available - please see here

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

For faulty items please email us at orders@sundaysupply.co so that our returns team can arrange for the damaged/faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. 

The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, an alternative style of equal value may be requested or a full refund will be issued.

Do your Umbrellas have a UPF rating?

Our Beach, Travel and Market Umbrellas are made from UPF 50+ colour fast fade-resistant premium rPET fabric.

Our canopies block out over 98% of harmful UV rays so you can enjoy your shade maker knowing you're well protected from the sun.

How do I clean and care for my Umbrella?

Thanks to our premium colourfast fade resistant fabric, your umbrella can simply be spot cleaned with warm soapy water as required.

When not in use, we always recommend storing your umbrella in its matching carry bag either indoors or undercover.

Can my Umbrella be repaired?

Please note: we'll need you to attach some relevant photos, a brief description of the problem and your original four/five digit order number so that we're able to best help resolve.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, our gift cards vary between $100 - $250 in amount and are valid for 12 months via our website only.

Can I use my Beach Umbrella in a patio/poolside setting?

Our Beach Umbrellas are designed to be used by the sea and in the sand, however they also work really well with a typical stand/base in a stable setting.

In saying so we always recommend following our Care & Cleaning instructions and bringing your umbrella inside and out of exposure to the elements when not in use.

Where can I find a base/stand for my Umbrella?

Our Beach Umbrella poles are 32mm in diameter, while our Market & Garden Umbrellas are 40mm in diameter.

Both styles work really well with all standard bases that we know of.

We recommend a simple concrete or steel stand/base - typically purchased from your local hardware store.
